We’re Gonna Ride This Shark Situation Out.

 Sharks N D Hood 2025 is another foray into sharksploitation for the prolific low budget movie maker of B horror, Dustin Ferguson. They are similar in scripting style to his two Apex sharksploitation movies. Like these two previous attempts the thin plot is basically a bunch of seemingly unrelated stuff tied together by some bad CGI shark attacks. In its defence this movie in comparison is more surreal in its choice of the bunch of stuff that happens. But that twist is all you get. I guess it’s down to his co-writing with two others that made this difference. This one also abruptly fizzles out leaving you feeling that the sharks had eaten the wrong cast members as the survivors give listless performances in the closing story. Unsatisfying.
