The New Interstellar Age Of The Megalodon.

 Bigfoot v Megalodon 2021 is a Ruthless Studios movie but barely sharksploitation. Nothing like the official  slick art and title would have us believe. It seems as if it was conceived as a series of cut scenes for a never realised Sci Fi video game. The continuous deadpan  narration that under scores the entire movie only serves to reinforce this first impression. Many will find the dialogue offensive, this only alienates the audience to any empathic engagement with the characters. The plot is easy to understand because the narrative is over wordy. Perhaps the creators of this movie/ cut scenes would have had more success converting the script into an audio book. When it comes to the shark itself we have been misled as the Shark is a human hybrid in the mould of Hammerhead 2005 and even more closely related to King Shark from Suicide Squad 2021. It doesn’t have any of the tropes associated with Sharksploitation apart from having a partially shark like antagonist.There was a sequel in early 2025 apparently. Click bait only.
