Thailand Our Next Sharksploitation Destination. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

 Escape Of Shark 2021 is a Chinese movie. This is in the category of post tsunami shark exploitation of a domestic environment, silly shark movies. Surprisingly there are a growing number of these genre sub classifications that will be needed in helping to define the expanding boundaries in shark movie proliferation. I confess up front, I have a particular leaning toward and an anticipation for Chinese creature features. The reason for this, and it may seem just personal preference, Is heightened tension and brightness in lighting production in both their TV and movie productions. It seems like me, they like to see what they are getting into. Watch this in either Hindi or Cantonese / Mandarin and its dialogue feels visceral. The primary reason you don’t need English to understand this movie is that the acting is so physically overt that anybody that has ever interacted with another human will get the scenes intent. Alternatively turn off the sound and experience sharksplotations first translation to a silent movie. Now there’s a concept Hollywood will likely steal. The plot is simple but fleshed out with a fairly large number of distractions. The bikini count seems to be handled much more tastefully than its western counterparts, seems there is a material difference here. The cinematography is well done and is another reason why you don’t need to rely on English, it’s very much show not tell. Now if you are like me you pick out fairly early on which side you are on. For this movie I was firmly on the side of the protagonists. That only leaves you with those characters you feel need sacrificing for the cause. This movie does two things well, heightened tension, and a great silly shark. There are also enough sharksploitation tropes to keep your fan person happy for its 1 hour and 6 minutes.
