Mountain Shark 2024 is an ITN Movie. We've had sand sharks, several snow sharks and at least two other land sharks but this is the first time we have had a shark that can move through solid bedrock. Which our antagonist does in a beautiful mountain range somewhere in the United Kingdom.  The CGI shark is minimally rendered with no pretence of realism in form or function. Which is forgivable given the unlikely environment it’s operating in. The acting on the other hand isn’t. The UK military operation is an uncomfortable watch while the simple plot unravels rather laboriously. Not much here for your investment in the 1 hour 21 minutes it requires of you. The high point has to be the impressive shark growl ?
