"Looks Like A Coordinated Shark Attack To Me".⭐

 Dark Waters brings you genetically enhanced Sharks without any detail as to what makes them special, unless it’s team coordination, then they excel. The CGI is of its time (2003) but does not detract from the action, unlike so many movies of this era. The actors deliver their parts well for the cheesy characters they are. The stock Soundtrack makes this feel like a made for TV movie although it was theatrically released. It comes across as a low budget techno thriller where the sharks at times feel tacked on. The Plot itself could have been taken from any number of Clive Cussler books or a Tom Clancy boiler on low gas.
