Blood Bite 2020 is a Chinese made for TV movie. It has the fastest swimming shark from any movie I have seen to date. The plot borrows a lot from the Deep Blue Sea movie and same goes for its set locations. The pace accelerates to near frantic on several occasions and this hooks you in. It’s well-produced and looks great. The deep broody protagonist and the steely corporate antagonist play their parts well. The supporting actors not so supportive. Fans of Sharksploitation are going to geek out as the shark handler in her shark tank scene is going to become a favorite or at the very least a meme, mark my words. when sharksploitation becomes a bigger thing the underwater swimming scenes will become the talking point of this emerging genre.
